At PawsyClaw, we believe you shouldn't have to worry about extra fees when shopping for your pets. That is why we are proud to offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on every single order sitewide, with no minimum purchase requirements and no hidden fees at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the exact price you pay.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment Time

Before an order is handed over to our shipping carriers, it goes through our quality check and packaging process.

  • Processing Window: All orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.

3. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Timelines

To provide you with the highest quality pet gear at competitive prices, we utilize premium, expedited global fulfillment lines. This allows us to cut out retail markups and ship directly to your doorstep.

• Estimated Delivery Window: 5 to 12 business days from the date of shipment.

Please Note: While the vast majority of our packages arrive on the lower end of this timeframe, delivery windows are estimates. Local postal backlogs (such as during peak holiday seasons), extreme weather disruptions, or unexpected transit delays via the US Postal Service (USPS) can occasionally extend these timelines slightly. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these rare instances.

4. Comprehensive Order Tracking

We believe in complete transparency. Every package we ship includes comprehensive end-to-end tracking so you can watch your pet's new items travel all the way to your door.

  • Tracking Delivery: Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, our system will automatically generate a tracking number and email it to you.
  • Activation Period: Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the shipping carrier to scan your package and update the tracking information in their digital system.
  • Support: If you have not received your tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, simply reach out to our support team at support@pawsyclaw.com with your full name and order number, and we will locate it for you immediately.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. We take great care in packaging our items, but we understand that transit issues can happen.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item entirely, please inspect the box and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pawsyclaw.com. To help us resolve the issue swiftly:

  1. Provide your order number.
  2. Attach clear photos or a short video showing the damage or the incorrect item received.

Once verified, we will arrange for a brand-new replacement to be shipped out to you immediately at zero additional cost.

6. Missing Packages & Carrier Disputes

If your tracking number indicates that your package was "Delivered," but you cannot locate it on your property or in your mailbox:

  • Please check with family members, neighbors, or your local building manager to see if it was accepted on your behalf.
  • Check around porches, side doors, or behind bushes where postal carriers often hide packages to prevent theft.
  • Allow 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely while they are still in transit.

If the package remains missing after 24 hours, please contact us at support@pawsyclaw.com. Please note that PawsyClaw is not responsible for packages stolen from your property after successful delivery, but we will gladly help you file an official carrier dispute with the postal service to help locate your items.

7. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please carefully review and double-check your shipping address during the checkout process. PawsyClaw cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the buyer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please email us within 2 hours at support@pawsyclaw.com. While we will do our best to catch the package and update the address, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered our automated fulfillment pipeline.
