Orders

Placing an order is simple. Browse our store, select your product, choose your preferred options (size, color, quantity), and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, click the cart icon and proceed to Checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping details and payment information, then confirm your order.

You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after your order is placed. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of being placed, before they are processed for dispatch. To request a change, please contact us immediately at support@pawsyclaw.com with your order number and the changes you need.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we are unable to make changes. In that case, you're welcome to return the item once received under our 30-day returns policy.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

We sincerely apologise if this happens. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@pawsyclaw.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item received
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as quickly as possible — no need to return the damaged item in most cases.

Unfortunately, we're unable to add items to an existing order once it's been placed. You would need to place a new, separate order. If both orders haven't been processed yet, contact us and we may be able to combine them to save on shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times depend on your location

  • Our shipping takes 4-9 days for almost all locations

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders.

No, we currently only ship within the United States.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:

  • Check around your property including back doors, garages, and with neighbours
  • Check with anyone else in your household
  • Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark items as delivered slightly early

If your package still hasn't arrived after 24 hours, contact us at support@pawsyclaw.com and we'll investigate with the carrier immediately.

Address changes can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order, before it is processed. Please contact us immediately at support@pawsyclaw.com with your order number and correct address.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it. In this case, you may need to contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot guarantee changes after 1-2 hours of placing the order.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be:

  • In their original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

To initiate a return, email us at support@pawsyclaw.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • The reason for your return

Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a return shipping label where applicable.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

If you're returning an item due to a fault, damage, or an error on our part, we cover all return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid return label.

For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Absolutely. If you'd like a different size, colour, or product altogether, we're happy to arrange an exchange within the 30-day window. Simply mention this when you contact us to start your return and we'll sort it out for you.

Your card is charged at the time your order is placed and confirmed. You'll receive an email receipt immediately after successful payment.

Yes! Subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates and be the first to know about flash sales, seasonal promotions, and exclusive member discounts.

To apply a discount code, enter it in the Discount Code field at checkout before completing your purchase. Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Our store displays prices in USD by default. For any different currency. Your bank or payment provider will handle the final currency conversion at the prevailing exchange rate.

No, you can checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account lets you:

  • Track your orders easily
  • Save your addresses for faster checkout
  • View your full order history
  • Manage returns more easily
